HEAD OF COMMUNITY
Position Details
The Head of Community is a key pastoral leader responsible for promoting student wellbeing, belonging, and connection within the College. The role leads the development of a positive, inclusive and restorative community culture that supports the social, emotional, spiritual and academic growth of students. Heads of Community oversee the pastoral care structures within their Priory, build strong relationships with families, and lead staff in delivering high-quality pastoral programs.
The role is central to developing a College-wide community vision that promotes growing wellness, building relationships, belonging and connecting.
The Head of Community reports to the Deputy Principal - Community, as Head of Community you will hold key relationships with College Executive, Community Leadership Team, pastoral staff, students and families
