The Front Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the school by providing a range of administrative and reception services. This includes welcoming visitors, managing student records, assisting staff and families, and handling general office duties. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, effective communication skills, and a positive, helpful attitude. The administrator also ensures that office tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, supporting the overall needs of the school community.
Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and hours per week. The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent. The successful applicant will be employed under the appropriate mode of employment.
