Role description


This is a permanent part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026

Clifton Hills Primary School (PS) is a diverse environment with highly supportive staff and administrative team. As such, we are seeking a Level 2 School Officer who ideally has a high level of experience and skill in an education context to join our experienced friendly Corporate Services team.

The Role

As our School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our school, ideally you will be experienced, have a friendly, positive and caring attitude; be self-motivated and organised. The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills as they will need to work as part of the friendly office team in a busy and dynamic school environment. Our students, staff and the wider community are a priority for the school so liaising respectfully and positively, at all times, is an important aspect of the role.

Ideally applicants will be experienced in using Schools Information System (SIS) Administration, Enrolments, Resource Management (RM) Finance, RM Billing, Assets and Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS), Faults, Connect, Passtab, Compass, QkR! (mobile phone payment app), Microsoft (MS) Office suite of programs and have website experience.
