School Officer

We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

The School Officers are responsible for undertaking reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information, ideally providing accurate advice and support to parents, students, staff, and community members using excellent customer service skills. Suitable applicants should possess good organisational skills in delivering and prioritising tasks when under pressure and have an eye for detail and maintain a high level of accuracy.

The ability to use various technology platforms and a range of application software packages including Compass would be advantageous.
