This is a permanent part-time (0.5FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026
Clifton Hills Independent Public School was first opened in 1972 and is located on the slopes of the Darling Escarpment, approximately 25 kilometres South East of Perth in Kelmscott. The Role
The Gardener - Handyperson is responsible for maintaining the school grounds in a safe and tidy condition, ensuring a conducive external learning environment for students and staff. This includes overseeing the upkeep of turf areas, garden beds, shrubs, trees, and various soft landscapes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining hard landscaping features like courts and paving, marking sports areas, and conducting minor repairs in alignment with departmental policies.
The Gardener - Handyperson is also tasked with keeping gardening facilities, equipment, tools, and machinery in a clean and serviceable condition, reporting faults promptly, and adhering to safe work practices.
