Boarding Supervisor

Narrogin Residential College are seeking to establish a pool of Boarding Supervisor for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 and up to the end of July 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Supervise and support students in a boarding environment, ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and duty of care in accordance with relevant legislation and Department requirements.

Supervisors will plan and deliver a variety of structured leisure activities that encourage students’ academic, social, emotional, and physical development. Supervisors will  deliver effective communication with students, parents, college staff, and external stakeholders, and assist with college events such as orientations, award presentations, and community promotion activities. The successful applicants will also provide safe transport of students to and from activities as required.

Maintain accurate records of student movements, behaviour, health needs, and pastoral care, including administering medications in line with authorised guidelines.
