Role description
Rostrevor College is excited to welcome applications for the following permanent full-time key leadership role.
Director of Identity and Mission
- Commencing Term 3, 2026
- Permanent Full-time + POR 4
- Release: 5 teaching lines
- 4.5 years (Term 3, 2026 - EOY 2030)
The Director of Identity and Mission provides visionary leadership in giving life to the identity of Rostrevor College as a Catholic College in the tradition of Edmund Rice. Through opportunities they provide, staff and students are encouraged and promoted to engage authentically with the Catholic identity, history and faith of our school.
The role is appointed as a full-time permanent teacher and is allocated an additional Position of Responsibility (POR 4) for the period of 4.5 years. The successful incumbent will undertake one line of teaching and a release of 0.83 FTE to lead, oversee and coordinate the many elements of Identity and Mission across Rostrevor College.
