Role description
OSHC Administrator
A new and exciting opportunity exists for an OSHC Administrator to join our School and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service.
The OSHC Administrator is responsible for record keeping, compliance documentation, and general OSHC Admin coordination, staff, parent communication, record keeping, compliance documentation, and general office coordination. The role works closely with the OSHC Coordinator and staff team to support staffing, payments, reporting, and service operations. This role is for 20 hours per week for 40 weeks.
Key skills and attributes include:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence using computers and booking/childcare management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, OSHC and child safety regulations
