About the Role

Due to the current member of the team taking on a promotional role within the team we are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team!

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) permanent position reporting to the Head of Human Resources & Workforce Planning (HR & WP), the Human Resources Administrator provides high-level, timely and professional HR administrative and operational support to the HR & WP team and to schools across South Australia. The role works collaboratively within the broader PLC team to deliver consistent, high-quality, service-oriented outcomes.

Success in this role is characterised by strong attention to detail, discretion, responsiveness and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to the continuous improvement of Catholic Education South Australia’s people practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head HR & WP and broader HRWP team, including diary management, correspondence, document control, travel arrangements, and preparation of agendas, reports, briefing papers and meeting materials.
  • Support HR/IR activities by gathering information, liaising with stakeholders (including Principals), maintaining accurate records (including critical incidents), managing intake enquiries and complaints, and assisting with confidential matters, investigations and reporting.
