Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1: Demonstrated experience in administration within a school or similar environment, including strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
SC2: Proven ability to manage communications platforms, including newsletters, websites and social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
SC3: Experience using design tools such as Canva to produce engaging, professional communication materials.
SC4: Ability to capture and curate visual content, including photography (and/or video), with an understanding of privacy and consent requirements.
SC5: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (families, staff, community) and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students and families.
SC6: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and work both independently and as part of a team.
Role
Range 3 is distinguished by the introduction of management responsibility and accountability for the delivery of professional support services. The role will usually impact beyond the work area or professional field. It seeks to gain cooperation of other staff members or members of the school community to achieve specific objectives, such as in school administration, operations or educational programs.
