This is a unique opportunity to help build one of Victoria's great schools from the ground up.
Narrarrang Primary School opened in Term 1, 2026, located on Smith Street in Port Melbourne (3207). It serves the growing inner-city neighbourhood of Fishermans Bend, providing high-quality education for students from Prep to Year 6, with a long-term enrolment capacity of up to 650 students.
The school has been purposefully designed with flexible, inclusive learning environments. Facilities include collaborative learning spaces, multiple play areas, a playing field, and outdoor areas that promote wellbeing and exploration. Select school facilities will also be available for shared community use outside of school hours.

The Role
We're seeking a compassionate and proactive Education Support staff member to join our founding team. This is a multifaceted role ideal for someone with training or experience in Education Support, Mental Health, Disability Inclusion, or Wellbeing, and who thrives in a dynamic, people-centred environment.
You'll work closely students, teachers, families and leadership to build an inclusive, supportive culture from day one. The role will evolve over time as the school grows, but may include:
