The Role

Our school is seeking an enthusiastic and capable science and mathematics teacher to join our school.  This position would suit a teacher interested in the diversity of a District High School and living close to Perth.  Working with our Leadership Team, you will support our science and mathematics program for secondary students.  This permanent position is available now and our school will work with the successful applicant’s current school to establish a mutually agreed commencement date.

You will be able to display effective teaching practice, as described in the Department’s ‘Teach for Impact Strategy’ and the Gingin DHS ‘This is How We Teach and Learn’ framework, shown on our website.  You will be able to demonstrate flexibility, a collaborative work ethic and a professional level of resilience.  Our staff take their commitment to students seriously but are also fun to work with.
