Auburn Girls High School is a partially academic selective and comprehensive high school with an enrolment of 850 girls, 98% of whom have language background other than English. The school has increasingly outstanding HSC and NAPLAN results due to a strong commitment to building collective teacher efficiency and using evidence-based practices to target areas including literacy, numeracy and HPGE. Auburn Girls High School has developed a strength-based positive Education wellbeing platform where every student is known, valued and cared for within a culture of high expectations and academic rigor.
