Role description

About the Opportunity​​

We are seeking an inspiring educational leader to drive whole-school wellbeing, inclusion and student success across R–12. This role provides strategic leadership of pastoral care, behaviour education (PBIS), and social-emotional learning, while supporting staff, students and families through inclusive practices, targeted interventions and strong partnerships with external agencies. The successful applicant will oversee data-informed improvement, personalised learning plans, child protection curriculum, and key school events, and lead professional learning and support staff to ensure every student thrives.
