Assistant Principal (POR4)

About the Opportunity​​

We are seeking an inspiring educational leader to drive whole-school wellbeing, inclusion and student success across R–12. This role provides strategic leadership of pastoral care, behaviour education (PBIS), and social-emotional learning, while supporting staff, students and families through inclusive practices, targeted interventions and strong partnerships with external agencies. The successful applicant will oversee data-informed improvement, personalised learning plans, child protection curriculum, and key school events, and lead professional learning and support staff to ensure every student thrives.

Assistant Principal (POR 4) 0.5 FTE, combined with a 0.5 FTE classroom teaching role (primary or secondary), aligned to the applicant’s areas of strength and experience.
