JUNIOR SCHOOL EDUCATION ASSISTANT – SPECIAL NEEDS
Position Details
Full time, Ongoing position, to commence as soon as possible
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, experienced and qualified Special Needs Education Assistant to work in our Junior School (Year 4-6) at Trinity College. This position is Full time and Permanent and to commence as soon as possible.
The Education Assistant will embody the full Catholic philosophy and Edmund Rice charism of the College, as well as demonstrating a high level of personal and professional qualities that would be expected of a staff at the College. The ideal candidate will have suitable experience and be fully supportive of the College’s Mission.
Working with teaching and other support staff, the Education Assistant will support the Junior School teaching staff to provide for the physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual development of students. The ideal candidate will also assist with the implementation of special programs for specific curriculum needs of ht Junior School students.
