Piara Waters Senior High School (SHS) is situated in the beautifully landscaped suburb of Piara Waters, approximately 25kms south of Perth. The school is surrounded by luscious greenery and will form part of the vibrant, multicultural community of Piara Waters. The school commenced with Year 7 students in 2023 and will be adding each year to its growing cohort, until it reaches Year 12 in 2028.

The Role

As a Program Coordinator, you would work collaboratively with the Principal and members of the administrative team to provide educational leadership within the school and the community. You should develop and promote the school's vision for academic success and encourage school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school's vision and goals.

Using your effective change strategies, you will lead the school community to accept and develop opportunities for improved service within the operations of the school. You would facilitate workforce effectiveness and provide a role model for self-development to improve professional performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the development school planning through participative decision-making, including developing policy and establishing and maintaining systems.
