The Dysart cluster in the Central Highlands is seeking a dedicated Guidance Officer to join our team.

As a Guidance Officer you will be working across a cluster of schools including Dysart State High School, Dysart State School, Valkyrie State School and Middlemount Community College (P-12).

You will provide professional expertise, leadership and support to schools and their communities in developing and implementing plans, programs and procedures to assist students in achieving positive educational, developmental and lifelong learning outcomes.

In addition to this, you will negotiate, develop and implement programs for students that have a focus on preventative and early intervention strategies; are responsive to identified personal, social, emotional and educational needs; and aim to foster resilience and personal skills development.
