Temporary Teacher - 1:1 Primary School Teacher

The teacher will work 1:1 with an identified student with complex needs, supported by full time support staff. The role requires a commitment to ongoing professional development to ensure the implementation of best practices and tailored adjustments to support the student's learning. The teacher will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously monitoring a personalised learning program, which includes individualised curriculum planning and targeted behaviour support strategies. Collaboration with families, allied health professionals, and specialist staff is essential to develop and review effective adjustments and strategies. The teacher will create a safe, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment that promotes the student's engagement, wellbeing, and achievement.
