Role description
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026
Leda Education Support Centre (ESC) is committed to providing a safe, inclusive learning environment where all students can achieve their potential. Leda ESC was opened in 1992. Our school population lives in the southwestern corridor filtering into Baldivis and Settlers Hills and outlying areas. Leda ESC caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6 who have been diagnosed with an Intellectual Disability, Global Development Delay and/or Autism with a demonstrated high educational need.
Leda ESC shares a site with Leda Primary School. Staff across both schools work hard to develop and maintain productive, collaborative relationships that benefit all students. Integration forms an important part of student programs and opportunities are sought through a collaborative teaching approach across both schools.

The Role
At Leda ESC, the Associate Principal will become a valued member of a committed and experienced leadership team working collaboratively to support students with a range of disabilities including Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. The successful applicant should be an approachable and credible leader who communicates effectively, builds strong relationships and leads with consistency, empathy and purpose.
