Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) operates in the ACT and NSW, supporting 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs).
The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of schools, ELCs and the CEO through several service areas including Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and People and Culture.
About the Role
The Education Support Lead - Complaints & Investigations is responsible for delivering leading and managing service complaints and statutory child protection investigations (Reportable Conduct) in accordance with legislation, Catholic Education policy and practice guidelines. The Education Support Lead - Complaints & Investigations is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of complaints and investigations and for providing strategic level advice to the School & Family Services Leader.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintain high quality case records and support complaint officers to manage complaints in accordance with the policy.
