Role description

Location Profile

Nagambie Primary School is a welcoming rural school, proudly serving 146 students from 98 families. Nestled on the Goulburn River and the picturesque Lake Nagambie, between Seymour and Shepparton, our school has been at the heart of the community for over 140 years.

Our school purpose statement reflects our commitment to every child:
"Nagambie Primary School strives for every child to be the best they can be. We work together with families and the community to ensure our students achieve personal, social, and academic success. Together, we aim to make a positive impact, leaving our community and the world better than we found it."

Our core values guide everything we do: Achievement, Optimism, Responsibility, Respect, Resilience, Cooperation, Compassion, Creativity, and Community Spirit.

We take pride in knowing each student as an individual. Our specialist programs include Kids Matter (Wellbeing program), Art, Physical Education, Indonesian (Prep-Year 4), Creative Arts/Dance, and STEM, alongside leadership opportunities for senior students and tailored support for those with additional needs. Set within spacious and attractive grounds, our school offers plenty of areas for play, exploration, and fun. Students also enjoy engaging excursions, camps, and regular sporting events.

Nagambie Primary School is more than a school; it's a community we are all proud to belong to.
