Demonstrated capacity and proven ability to provide strategic leadership in an Assistant Principal role, improving student learning, inclusion, wellbeing and pathways. Ability to lead change, build leadership in others, and strengthen student voice and engagement.
SC2 Financial, managerial and administrative ability
Demonstrated capacity and proven ability to manage resources, budgets and operations effectively. Ability to align systems and staffing to strategic priorities and improve student outcomes.
SC3Planning, policy and program development and review
Demonstrated capacity and proven ability to lead program development and improvement using data, evidence-based practice and Department policy. Ability to improve student learning, engagement and wellbeing through targeted initiatives.

Demonstrated capacity and proven ability to lead, develop and support staff performance. Ability to build inclusive, high-expectation environments that promote wellbeing, student voice and pathways.
