The Finance Officer – Payroll & Accounts Receivable is responsible for the end-to-end processing of the College’s fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a high standard of service to staff. The role also administers the accounts receivable function and provides general financial and operational support to the Finance Team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the College’s financial operations.

In this role, you will manage the full payroll cycle, including the accurate processing of wages, deductions, reimbursements and termination payments. You will calculate, reconcile and remit superannuation contributions and PAYG tax obligations, monitor and process leave applications, and liaise with salary packaging providers to ensure all associated processes are completed accurately.
