About the role
Classroom Teacher Position
Applications are invited from suitable persons for the full time, contract position of Classroom Teacher to commence on Monday 13 July 2026. There is the possibility of this position being Permanent/Ongoing.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher who embraces personalised, contemporary learning within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence, lifelong learning, and the values and teachings of the Gospel. The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong dedication to Catholic education and a steadfast commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all children.
Special Requirements
- hold current VIT registration
- accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school or display a willingness to undertake this qualification
- proof of personal identity and any professional or other qualifications
The successful applicant will address the key selection criteria:
- be familiar with and comply with the school's Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct, and any other policies or procedures relating to child safety
- possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace a team-based approach to learning and teaching
- have a clear understanding of contemporary learning and teaching practices in line with the MACS Vision of Instruction and Vision for Engagement
