College Registrar and Community Engagement Officer

Star of the Sea College, a Catholic independent girls’ school in the Presentation Sisters tradition, is seeking an organised and relationship-focused College Registrar & Community Engagement Officer to be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective families and the wider community.

About the role

This role is the first point of contact for prospective families and plays a central role in student admissions, data integrity, reporting and community engagement.  It is a fixed-term, full-time position for one year, with the potential to become ongoing.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enrolment enquiries and manage end-to-end student enrolment processes (Years 7–12)
• Maintain accurate student data, waiting lists and enrolment reporting
• Support orientation and transition programs
• Engage with parish schools and the wider community
• Liaise with internal teams for transition purposes and to ensure compliance with policy and child safety requirements

About you

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Professional approach to stakeholder engagement and customer service
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information appropriately
• Experienced in administration, data management and reporting
• Willing to support the Catholic ethos and Presentation values of the College
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
