Secondary Teacher - Home Economics

The successful applicant will be:
 

• a dynamic Christian educator whose personal qualities include enthusiasm and optimism;

• committed to the ethos, vision and mission of the College for Christ-centred, biblically-based schooling and have a particular calling to excellence within the Secondary faculty;

• an active and committed member of a Christian Church;

• committed to the ministry of Christian schooling;

• an energetic, highly motivated self-starter;

• appropriately qualified;

• dedicated to the pastoral care of students;

• able to provide a stimulating and relevant learning environment which facilitates students maximising their potential;

• familiar with differentiated assessment strategies and technologies that assist student success within the classroom setting.

*This is a temporary contract position for Term 4, 2026 until Term 3, 2027 replacing a teacher on leave. The appointment is subject to the return of the substantive occupant and may conclude earlier.
