About Blackfriars Early Learning Centre
At Blackfriars Early Learning Centre (ELC), we offer a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 3 to 5 years. Our play-based curriculum, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, empowers children to explore, create, and thrive. With dedicated educators, welcoming spaces, and a strong sense of community, our ELC supports each child’s holistic development—academically, socially, and emotionally.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our Early Learning Centre team. This pivotal role involves leading the Late Care program, as well as the Vacation Care program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and supervising children in a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment that prioritises safety and wellbeing.

Location: Blackfriars, Prospect, South Australia

Employment Type: 12 months contract, Part-time
Commencement Date:  Monday 22 June 2026

Hours

  • Term Time: 7.30 am to 9.30 am, and 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • School Holidays: 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
