The Role
Eaton Community College is seeking a skilled and passionate Student Support Coordinator (SSC) to join our Student Services Team and play a pivotal role in improving wellbeing, engagement and outcomes for young people.
The SSC leads the implementation of targeted wellbeing supports and coordinates direct service delivery across pastoral care and social and emotional wellbeing initiatives. This includes small group programs, individual case management, community outreach, and engagement with external agencies. This is a senior Allied Professional role suited to a qualified Social Worker (or holder of similar qualification) who is motivated by impact, collaboration and practical support for students at risk.
