This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026

The Role

As a Special Needs Education Assistant, the successful applicant will under teacher direction, assist in the implementation of specialised education programs and maintain a supportive, inclusive education program to meet the specific needs of students. You should display a commitment to working collaboratively and building positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community.

The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ideally be versatile with the ability to work well under pressure and as a team player. You would possess a calm, positive and professional manner and have the ability to use your initiative to assist the teacher with the general care and wellbeing of students and maintenance of the learning environment.
