About Us

Kairos Community College is a small, independent school providing a flexible and supportive environment for young people in Year 10 to Year 12. As a fee-free, inclusive college, we are dedicated to helping students re-engage with their education and achieve their training aspirations. Our dedicated staff are proud of our record in helping 100 percent of Year 12 students achieve their QCE every year since our inception.

While our organisation continues to grow, our Deception Bay campus is now in its 12th year. Having operated for over a decade, this campus is focused on consolidating its established success and strong community foundations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our Tribe as the Head of Campus at Deception Bay. Leading by example, you will manage an established campus with a focus on stability, excellence, and student re-engagement. This role reports directly to the State Principal and will commence in Term 3, on Monday 13 July 2026.
