You Will Love Working With Us as a Primary Teacher Aide (SWAN)

Your Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Teacher Aide to join our SWAN team and work in a collaborative and supportive school environment where innovation, wellbeing and student success are priorities.

This is a permanent full-time (term-time) position, where the successful candidate will work 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week during school terms.

Your Role

  • Working with small groups of students across various ages and year levels in the Primary School.
  • Supporting literacy and numeracy intervention program delivery.
  • Supporting student progress assessments, reporting and record maintenance.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and records management across school management systems, databases, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite including Excel.
  • Assisting with resource preparation, timetables, stock takes and file management.
  • Participating in a spiritually vibrant culture within the Primary School that reflects the College’s Christian mission and values.

  • A practicing Christian faith and ability to actively support and promote the College’s spiritual ethos
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and wellbeing
