John Paul College is seeking an exceptional Head of Faculty – The Arts to lead our vibrant secondary arts program, spanning both Visual Arts and Performing Arts. This is a genuine opportunity to influence curriculum, inspire a talented team of educators, and drive outstanding student outcomes across Years 7 to 12.

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Faculty – The Arts at John Paul College, you will be responsible for:

Leadership of Learning

  • Lead The Arts faculty with vision and innovative pedagogical practice across Visual and Performing Arts
  • Stay abreast of contemporary research and actively promote evidence-based best practice
  • Contribute to the implementation of the JPC Strategic Vision in alignment with the Dean of Studies
  • Promote relevant and innovative use of technology in curriculum delivery
