Role description
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated and innovative Science teacher to join our growing Secondary School community. This is a full time, ongoing position, commencing as soon as possible. There is flexibility to accommodate part-time positions by negotiation.
The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in Secondary. ATAR experience is preferred but not essential. Support is provided from the Head of Department and the classes are well resourced.

Austin Cove Baptist College of South Yunderup is a co-educational College that commenced in 2011 and currently has approximately 780 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The College is situated in the Austin Lakes development just east of Mandurah and provides a high standard of education in a safe and caring environment within a Christian context. Selection Criteria
Essential
• To have a personal faith and commitment to Jesus including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with the expectations of Christian faith
• Be a qualified teacher registered with the TRBWA, hold a Working with Children Check and have a commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
Highly Desired Qualities
• Be highly motivated and organised.
• Have demonstrated knowledge of the curriculum requirements set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.
• Have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing programs from Year 7-12.
