CAMPUS ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Status: Full time ongoing (43 weeks)
Commencing: By negotiation
The role of Campus Administration Assistant’s primary role is responsible for the provision of confidential administrative support of the Deputy Principals.
The College invites applications from suitably qualified, committed individuals who believe they can contribute to the ongoing success of the College. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in providing the highest standard of relevant administrative support.
Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email is necessary. The successful applicant will have highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines.
