We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and organised Early Childhood Teacher to join our team of dedicated staff members in our Early Childhood team. We are seeking a suitably experienced, qualified, professional, committed, positive, "Christ centred, child focused" Catholic educator who has the necessary knowledge, skills, ability and desire, along with:
- An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education.
- A team player, with a proven history of developing positive, professional relationships in their current / previous community.
- A strong working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and progressive early years pedagogy to promote best practice.
- Evidence of data-informed teaching practice through the application of continuous monitoring strategies of achievement.
- Experience and passion for 21st century learning, incorporating explicit teaching, flexible learning and inquiry based learning.
- A proven history of initiating and/or supporting whole school improvement practices and extra-curricular activities.
