Position Details
Head of Futures and Pathways
Aranmore Catholic College (the College) is a co-educational K–12 school committed to providing a holistic Catholic education that nurtures the intellectual, spiritual, social and emotional development of every student. Guided by Gospel values and the Catholic tradition, the College seeks to create a faith-filled, inclusive and child-safe learning environment in which students are supported to grow as confident learners and compassionate, responsible members of the community.
The Head of Futures and Pathways is a member of the School Improvement Team of the College. They will work in collaboration with the Vice Principal, Deputy Principals, and Assistant Deputy Principals, as well as other Heads of Learning Area to ensure that the College is best preparing students for their future endeavours. This requires the capabilities of educational leadership focused on Catholic identity, strong academic leadership, building relationships and administrative expertise. The Head of Futures should aim to be an outstanding and innovative educator who engages with staff in implementing the College’s Vision and Mission.
