Location: Centrally based in Townsville with regular travel across the diocese.

Salary Range: $99,182 to $118,756 per annum pending experience + Super + Allowances

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Townsville Catholic Education, you’ll make a genuine difference supporting students to develop their communication, confidence and participation so they can engage fully in school life.

As part of the Inclusive Education Team, you’ll work collaboratively with teachers, school leaders, families and specialist colleagues to deliver speech pathology services that promote and support effective inclusive practice. Your approach will be responsive to each school’s context, maintain a student-specific focus, and complement the services provided through TCE.

In this meaningful role, you’ll use your professional expertise and compassionate approach to design and deliver evidence-based assessment, planning and intervention that enhance communication, learning and wellbeing outcomes. You’ll also build capability across schools through coaching, consultation and professional learning - embedding inclusive communication practices that help every learner reach their potential.
