This role is a backfill opportunity supporting a higher duties arrangement and plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly each day.As the Reception Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our office - welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled with warmth and professionalism. You’ll support a busy team environment, managing shared calendars, coordinating meeting rooms, overseeing vehicle bookings and assist with general administration.Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll bring a calm, organised and solutions-focused approach to your work. No two days will look the same, and your ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining a positive, approachable presence will be key to your success.
