Role description


This is a 6 month fixed term, part-time (0.4 FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026

Our beautiful 100-year-old school stands on the bank of the Avon River and has a proud and rich history of providing a comprehensive curriculum to students in Years 7 to 12 from the Northam and surrounding Wheatbelt towns. The Role

As the Program Coordinator – Community Leader, you will work collaboratively with the Principal and members of the Senior Leadership team to provide educational leadership within the school and the wider community. You will develop and promote the school’s vision for academic and artistic excellence, encouraging school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school’s goals and creative direction.
