We are seeking to establish a pool of Special Needs Education Assistants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a Special Needs Education Assistant, suitable applicants will under teacher direction, assist in the implementation of specialised education programs and maintain a supportive, inclusive education program to meet the specific needs of students. You should display a commitment to working collaboratively and building positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community.
Suitable applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ideally be versatile with the ability to work well under pressure and as a team player.
