Role description
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026
North Parmelia Primary School (PS) has established excellent partnerships within the local community. The school is situated in, and is well supported by, the City of Kwinana. This interaction occurs through programs such as The Leadership, Youth and Respect in Kwinana (LYRIK) Awards and participation in local land care activities. Foodbank supports the Breakfast Club, which occurs on Thursday mornings. The Smith Family supports a Learning Club in the school, and many students benefit from the Learning for Life Scholarships delivered by the Smith Family. North Parmelia PS is fortunate to have several long serving volunteers that provide invaluable support in the school.

The Role
The successful applicant is responsible for overseeing the school’s business operations, including the management of financial, physical, and human resources, and the supervision of school support staff. Working closely with the Principal and Executive team, the position provides strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and workforce and business planning to support the school’s operational and strategic objectives.
