Role description
This is a permanent part-time (0.5FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026
At Tambellup Primary School we are committed to creating a positive learning environment ensuring only success for our students. Our school has a strong focus on literacy and numeracy to ensure students are equipped and prepared for their future years. Other programs include Design and Technology, The Arts, Science, Physical Education and Humanities and Social Sciences. Our quality teaching staff are experienced and committed to the welfare of our students as well as the implementation of school and departmental priorities.
Our staff have been instrumental in the development of the Oral Language Program in response to needs within the school and community. This has been recognised as an example of 'best practice' by other schools. The school is also involved in the YMCA's 'A Smart Start Initiative' which is a community partnership between the local shire, Health Department and local schools. The initiative is aimed at supporting families with children aged up to 4 years old by providing support, resources and information to maximise their learning potential.

The Role
In this role you will show initiative by using your skills to benefit the school in maintaining and presenting the school grounds and gardens in a clean tidy condition, providing students and staff with a safe external learning environment.
