The Role
We are seeking to appoint a friendly, organised and customer‑focused School Officer to join our team.
The successful applicant should ideally display the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to assist the Administration team to manage a well-resourced and well-maintained school environment. You will ideally be proactive, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced and professional environment.
The role includes a broad range of administrative responsibilities such as reception duties, enrolment procedures, processing student attendance, maintaining school databases and management information systems, coordinating and tracking maintenance and repair requests, minute-taking and supporting the publication of school communications.
