Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As School Officers are the first point of contact for our school and will be responsible for completing administrative duties including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, responding to routine enquiries and requests for information, and undertaking other reception duties as required. As the first point of contact, professional presentation at all times is highly important. Suitable applicants may be required to meet deadlines and work well within a team environment.
Ideally, suitable applicants will model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
