The Role

The Lead - Education Assistant Special Needs should mentor, coach, and model good practices for other Education Assistants. You would be an important and valued leader of the Learning Support team. The successful applicant should ideally operate collaboratively with superordinates and subordinates and be able to build and maintain effective team-based relationships. We value individuals who are highly professional, organised and display excellent communication skills, in line with the Department of Education’s Code of Conduct, drawing on these attributes when working with staff and the school community.
