Clifton Hill Primary School is an inner-suburban school of 700 children, it is a straight grade school with class sizes currently ranging from 20-26 (average 24). A maximum of 26 pupils is accepted in each grade.
Features of the school; diverse population with no predominant ethnic group, large number of high achievers in each grade, small school site and high levels of parent involvement.
The school currently enjoys good community support and is held in high regard by parents.
Selection Criteria
SC1 Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including the ability to incorporate the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills. Demonstrated experience in responding to student learning needs.
