At DWPS, we have a clear Tier 1 approach to teaching and learning, underpinned by Explicit Direct Instruction (EDI). Every student receives structured, high-impact instruction in every lesson through:

Systematic, explicit instruction in literacy and numeracy, aligned with the Science of Learning and the Science of Reading.
