Woorinen District Primary School is a small rural school located 11 kilometres northwest of Swan Hill, offering a close-knit, rural atmosphere with strong community involvement. With an enrolment of 64 students for 2026, most students come from Woorinen South and the surrounding areas, though some travel from as far as 30 kilometres to access the school¿s unique programs. Enrolments are showing a positive trend.

The school¿s staff includes a Teaching Principal, four full-time teachers, two part-time teachers and five full-time Integration Aides. It also employs a full-time Business Manager, a part-time maintenance worker and gardener, and a weekly IT technician. A MARC van also visits weekly, and the school receives additional support from District SSO staff and the Visiting Teacher Service.

Woorinen District Primary has earned a strong reputation for its personalized approach to education, working closely with students to help them develop their individual talents and achieve academic excellence.
