Primary objective
Provide comprehensive, confidential, administrative support to the Executive and work unit, including administrative coordination and Ministerial Liaison support.
Context statement
The Strategic Resourcing and Financial Services work unit is part of the Financial Services branch and responsible for providing financial and management accounting functions for the department including strategic resource forecasting, distribution, analysis and reporting functions for a large and complex agency. The unit provides a range of expert financial management services, including complex funding arrangements and obligations for Northern Territory schools and the non-government sector, while also managing budget planning, development, allocation, reporting and analysis.
