Senior Teacher - HEAL Program and Administration

As part of the school leadership team, lead and shape strategic thinking and implement processes that enhance educational outcomes for students enrolled in the Heal Annex at Katherine High School. To support the ST4 of Curriculum SACE/AC and Administration and School Executive to deliver wholistic support for students to enhance student well-being and engagement. To lead the implementation and embedding of the Northern Territory School of Distance Education Instructional Model into the daily teacher practice for HEAL Project subjects and to provide flexible and innovative approaches to engage students and create a welcoming and caring environment.
